There are several variations of Adas polo, either vegetarian or with minced meat. This is the recipe of the vegetarian version: 150 g Lentils-350 g- Basmati rice-1 Onion &#8211; 1\/2 teaspoon Canella -1 teaspoon Turmeric -2 Butter nuts &#8211; pinch Saffron &#8211; to taste Clarified Butter<\/p>\n<p><em>Kabab kobideh:<\/em> minced meat two or three times of beef and mutton 500 gr Onion a small Turmeric One teaspoon Saffron half sachet Butter 50 gr Salt and pepper Put the minced meat in a large saucepan. As I told you, kneading well makes the meat well together and ensures that it does not come off the skewer.
