Uno di questi \u00e8 il mirza ghasemi delizioso stufato di melanzane ricoperto con uova strapazzate.Una tale prelibatezza non poteva che avere origini illustri. Il mirza ghasemi, infatti, \u00e8 stato inventato da Mohammad Ghasem Khan, ex governatore della citt\u00e0 di Rasht, capoluogo del Gilan, e ambasciatore iraniano in Russia durante la dinastia cagiara.
